Obituary of Roy F. Davidson

Graveside services for Roy F. Davidson of Dallas are being held at 10:30 am on March 24, 2018 at Mount Vernon Cemetery.

Mr. Davidson was born on October 7, 1920 and died peacefully after a very brief illness on March 21, 2018 in Dallas.  He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Susa Eubanks Davidson and their son Guy Davidson.

Mr. Davidson graduated from Sunset High School in Dallas and served in the United States Navy in World War II.   He had a long career in the electrical equipment industry and retired as President of Butler and Land.

He was an avid golfer and enjoyed fellowship with his golfing friends until the last year of his life.

He is survived by three very special grandchildren:  Guy Britton Davidson, Jr. in California, Jordan D Davidson in Florida, and Maggie Davidson Elliott and her husband, Bud Elliott, also in Florida.
