Obituary of Bill Joe Payne
Bill Joe Payne, age 92, of Trinidad, formerly of Hagansport, passed away in the late evening hours of Friday, October 6, 2017 at East Texas Medical Center in Athens.
Mr. Payne will be laid to rest at the Hagansport Cemeterty at a later date.
