Obituary of Kyle Blane Anderson

Kyle Blane Anderson of Mount Vernon, Texas passed away peacefully Friday morning, May 25, 2018 just three days after his 58th birthday.  He was born to Elbert Blane and Donna Jo (Hancock) Anderson on May 22, 1960 in Dallas, Texas.

Kyle attended the Detroit Schools and was a member of the Enloe Baptist Church.

Left to cherish his memory is his mother, Donna Caraway of Mount Vernon, Texas; his two daughters, Katie Jo Anderson-Smith and Cheyenne Nicole Anderson-Smith both of Mount Vernon, Texas; brothers, David Anderson of Mount Vernon, Texas and Kerry Whitaker and his wife Julie of Mount Pleasant, Texas; sisters, Kim Smith of Cookville, Texas and Donette King and her husband Dennis of Gladewater, Texas; step-sisters, Cherilyn Caraway, Sherry Pack and her husband Billy, and LaQuitta Franklin and her husband Brian; as well as a host of nieces and nephews.  He is preceded in death by his father  and step mother, Linda Anderson; maternal grandparents, Buster and Jean Hancock, paternal grandparents, Elbert and Nina Anderson.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, May 27, 2018 in the Chapel at Sam B. Harvey Funeral Home.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at 4:30 p.m. at Lake Creek Cemetery, 2079 County Road 4620, Lake Creek, Texas.
