Obituary of James Schwierzke

James Schwierzke of Mount Vernon, Texas, passed away on Friday, June 22, 2018 in Hammond, Louisiana at the age of 67. He was born in Fort Worth, Texas on February 16, 1951, to Perry J. Schwierzke and Hattie Mae Blaha Schwierzke.

James retired from Lowes Distribution after 16 years of faithful service. Prior to Lowes, he was a private pilot.

James is survived by his wife, Karen Fry, of Mount Vernon; children, Michael J. Schwierzke, Kimberly Schwierzke and Jennifer Smith and husband Brian; granddaughter, Lily Smith; brother, Perry J. Schwierzke, Jr. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Graveside services for James will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, June 27, 2018, at the Mount Vernon City Cemetery with Bro. Gerald Hood officiating.
