Obituary of Aleen Dolores Ellison

Aleen Dolores Ellison, 71, of Mount Vernon, TX passed away on August 8, 2018.  She was born on January 16, 1947 in Mountain Home, AR.  Mrs. Ellison enjoyed working in her garden and tending to all her pets which she called her “babies”.

She is preceded in death by her parents and 2 brothers.

She is survived by her husband, Benjamin Ellison; son, Johnny Edwards and wife Brenda of Sulphur Springs, TX; grandchildren, Starla Merton, Michael Merton, John Rinkan, Dustan Wayne Joiner and Lauren Edwards; 6 great grandchildren, lots of family and close friends.

Graveside service is scheduled for Saturday, August 11, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Winterfield Cemetery, Pickton, TX.
