Obituary of Herman Douglas McNeely

It is with great sadness that the family of Herman Douglas McNeely announces his passing after battling a rare cancer on Wednesday September 5, 2018, at the age of 81 years. Herman will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 53 years, Mary and his children, Kelley, Monica, Ashley, Alex, and Shawn. Herman will also be fondly remembered by his five grandchildren, Ethan, Hailey, Candace, Emily, and Pierce,and by his sister LLela.

Friends, family, and others whose lives Herman touched are invited to the Mount Vernon City Cemetery October 13, 2018 at 12:00pm for a memorial service to reminisce, grieve, and celebrate his life.
