Obituary of Frances Partridge Browning
Frances Partridge Browning was born June 7, 1927 in Camp County, Texas. She married Wayne Partridge in 1945, and had two children, Linda and Judy. They made Pittsburg, Texas their home for many years. Mrs. Browning taught private piano lessons, raised a musical family and she left a lasting legacy with her children who are all in ministry. She was also an active member of First Baptist Church of Pittsburg, Texas. After retirement and the death of her husband, she married Wayne Browning of Newsome, Texas. They lived in the Tall Tree Community and became very active in the First Baptist Church of Mount Vernon, Texas. After the loss of her husband, Wayne, in 2007, she became a resident of the Mount Vernon House, an assisted living facility. She was honored and loved by all. Mrs. Browning lived her remaining days at Willow Park Nursing Home in Willow Park, Texas until her death on July 7, 2019.
Her entire life was devoted to her family, friends, her many piano students, and most important her love and service to God.
She is survived by her daughters, Linda Hunt and husband Monty of Bryan, Texas; Judy Sanders and husband David of Forth Worth, Texas; her step-children Dennis Browning and wife Nancy of Fort Worth, Texas and Joyce Gohlson and husband AJ of Pflugerville, Texas
Grandchildren: Dustin Browning, Jeffrey Browning, Amy Nahoolewa, Lindsey Ramirez, Kirk Gholson, John Adams, Joel Adams, Holly Smith, Monica Owen, Meredith Mercer and sixteen beloved great-grandchildren.
